Gentle Yoga-Pilates Fusion: Mondays 5:30 p.m.

Gentle Yoga-Pilates Fusion Class with Diana is offered through the Neenah Parks and Recreation Department .
Classes are offered as a 7-week session for $42, and are held at the large Appleblossom Shelter in Memorial Park, 1175 Appleblossom Drive, Neenah, just past the ball fields behind Neenah High School (take Tullar Road to Appleblossom Drive, then drive all the way down the Memorial Park entrance road to the "big shelter"). No drop-ins, all participants must pre-register through the City of Neenah's website, register by mail, or stop in at the City Hall office at 211 Walnut Street.


Build strength and flexibility, improve your sense of balance, and stretch away stress! Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat to cover your floor space, and let yourself enjoy the experience. Classes will include a specific series of gentle Yoga postures that include standing, sitting, and floor exercises, plus Pilates exercises to build core strength. Along with your yoga mat, feel free to bring a pillow, zafu, cushion, soft blanket, yoga blocks and/or straps (as desired) to keep yourself comfortable. Chairs are sometimes used (and are available on-site) for modified postures. A limited supply of blocks and straps are available on-site as well.

All skill levels are welcome, but this class is especially designed for beginners, the "less than flexible", and for those who need to be careful of health conditions or previous injuries. (Please let Diana know of any issues you have, so that she can provide modifications and assist you in getting the most out of this class.) Throughout the 7-week series, we will explore a specific sequence of asanas and exercises, working with breath, posture, building strength and flexibility, so that by the end of the series each participant will have a full 60-90 minute home practice option.

Private Bellydance Coaching for Intermediate+ Level Dancers
I do offer individual coaching sessions (working on specific technique, preparing for a performance or competition) to experienced dancers. These sessions are designed to compliment and build upon your current lessons with me or with another instructor, they are not a substitute for regular lessons. Coaching sessions are held at your location at a fee of $35 per hour (one-hour minimum per session). Depending on location, mileage charges may apply.
